Note: This is the guest Italian fashion~
Name: Feliciano Vargas
Gender: Male
Age: 23
Country: North Italy
Occupation: Fashion Designer
Personality: Feliciano has always been a bubbly person, with a large smile and generous nature. He was raised in such a good way he figures, what's there not to be happy about most of the time? With this as his way of thinking he never seems to be down, always chattering and waving his hands around to elaborately explain even the most simplest things, and often going off onto tangents; something that most people find highly amusing. At times it seems like nothing can damper his sunny spirits or erase the brilliant smile plastered to his face.
Despite being so nice to everyone he meets, Feliciano can also be blunt but, yet word things in the oddest way so that sometimes it sounds like a compliment instead of an insult. It can take anywhere from a few seconds to days, or longer, for someone to figure out that, yes, he had just completely and utterly trash talked how they had dressed that day. If someone tried to call him out on it though he'd instantly deny it with a bright smile and offer to make you some delicious food.
His love for arts and music is even greater than his grandfather's, ranging from cooking to painting and from dance to the pure human form. Paintings are carefully rendered with pencil onto the canvas before being filled in with precise strokes of charcoal or acrylics. Music wise, he'd very skilled with a violin he was given and forced to learn to play as a child. The poor thing, a very expensive number probably gained through family connections, has been neglected lately due ti him just finishing his degree and diving head first into the industry.
Personal space has no meaning to him, so be warned if you're in contact with the Italian. From random hugs and jumping on you from behind to kisses on the cheek and awkward personal questions, there is no limit to his total disregard for personal space and privacy. Nothing of the nature seems to faze him (a by product of living with his grandfather perhaps?), which might explain why he's so nonchalant about people seeing him in the buff when he forgets to put clothes on after his daily naps - at 3 o'clock precisely.
Beneath all the sunshine and sugar cubes, he's a coward and crybaby. He doesn't think too much on it since it isn't like him to dwell on the negatives. If someone yells at him or he feels threatened though the young man will break out into crocodile tears and start making up elaborate reasons for just why you shouldn't hurt him. The result is usually the offender feeling really, really horrible, like they just kicked an abandoned puppy or something. The method has proved so effective he even got a mugger to run off after stuttering out an apology. Not that Feliciano noticed since he was still crying and begging to not be killed because his grandfather would miss him, and oh so would his brother when he found out and he was so sure the guy could be a nice person if he just tried.
And then of course there's the side of the Italian that almost no one sees – his bad side. It's not pretty in the slightest and no one who's seen it has come out making others believe. So, just make sure you don't threaten his family or close friends, si?
Likes:
◘ Fashion – Goodness the boy could talk your ears off about how Italy has some of the best fashion in the world, and how these fabrics and their colors work and Oh no what are you wearing here add this subtract that and there you look presentable! Well… barely. ♥
◘ Designing – Sure he loves to paint and cook just as much but, there's something so alluring about making people look and feel good that he was just drawn too. It isn't uncommon for him to be eating and designing, or even fall asleep at his desk at home in the middle of a sketch.
◘ Good Food – Even when he's dead tired after classes or work he won't settle for take out. It's bad for you! So he always tries to whip up something as close to home made as possible to grace his table every meal time. And oh of course you can have a taste of his 4 cheese ravioli lunch~
◘ Napping – 3 o' clock is siesta time, of course he can't do that most of the time so he'll settle for a nap earlier or later... or just go to sleep early to make up for missed time (though the naps are usually because he stays up late as is).
◘ People – A little social butterfly, Feliciano makes friends easily. Or more like he thinks everyone he meets that isn't too scary is automatically his friend. He has what some would call a problem with personal space though so, be warned.
Dislikes:
◘ Being Alone – Feliciano is clingy to the point of being a nuisance, and detests being alone. If he must go home to an empty house he delays it as much as possible and though he may annoy his friends by
◘ Violence/Fighting – It scares him to no end when a fight breaks out and he has two reactions to anger and violence; cry or run... or a mix of the two. And he really really hates it when his close friends and family fight.
◘ Bad Food – If there's one thing he does hate it bad, or fast food. How anyone could stomach burnt food,British horrible cooking or even McDonald's is a complete and utter mystery to him.
◘ Boredom: Feliciano has the attention span of a goldfish and if he isn't constantly switching from project to project he'll get bored rather easily. Which means he gets more annoying in his attempts to get attention so someone will play a game with him. After all, being bored is so... boring.
History: Feliciano lived in Italy with his family for a number of years and finished most of his education there. His brother, though mean for the most part, was actually very protective over his younger brother. Both of them were cowards who would sooner run than confront anyone though so the amount of time his brother did spend defending him was just barely enough for the younger to turn tail and start running and then he followed. Despite the elder's seemingly horrible attitude over the younger, they were close and when he left home it was a tearful goodbye on all accounts.
His grandfather, a very rich Italian man with too many lovers to remember, insisted that Feliciano explore more of the world and do what he really wanted to in life. Soon after this heart warming speech he tossed all his younger grandsons things into bags, paid for the ticket to send him away and set him up with a nice savings account that always seem to have just enough to support his lavish lifestyle. Feliciano hoped cities and countries for a few years, dabbling in several prestigious fashion design schools, working under the best before settling down to get a permanent job. He also tried to cut back on spending and be responsible, something he'd been told often that he wasn't good at... and still isn't. Even with his job he still relies mostly on his large bank account and the transferred funds from Italy to keep up with his constant desire for good home, great food, old wine and fantastic company.
(will add more about family and such as the people come on in~ *cough*german crush anyone~*cough*)

He opened his mouth to speak, pouting when Ludwig continued on, pressing a finger to his lips when he did pipe up with a, "But Lud-". So he waited impatiently, squirming in his spot as the other finished speaking, blushing at the kiss to the hand (so romantic!) and waiting for another long moment before he was sure he could speak his part.
"Of course I forgive you, silly." He was still grinning as he twisted their fingers together, leaning forward to brush another quick kiss along his fiance's cheek. "You're my boyfriend, no, my fiance. I'll always love you and forgive you, cause that's what love is about, sí?"
Feliciano leaned forward, resting his forehead on Ludwig's collar bone and brushing his thumb over his knuckles. "Kiku told me a story once, you know,"he paused, humming in thought as he used both his hands to turn over Ludwig's, tracing a line over his ring finger. He still needed to get the other a ring as well.
"He said that everyone in the entire world has a pretty red strong ties around their finger, and that that string is long and loopy and tangles but it never ever breaks. You know why?" The Italian looked up, lacing their fingers once more and squeezing, continuing before Ludwig could try and properly answer. "Because it's connected to their soul mate. And you're mine, so that means we'll be together forever!"
He laughed and placed a kiss on their knotted fingers, humming again happily. "So don't worry okay~? You'll stress out and get wrinkles right here!" and he made sure to poke the furrowed area between the German's eyebrows for extra emphasis.

Anything else? “Elegance is in the Italian blood, and most Italians would unhesitatingly give up comfort in order to achieve it. Italy is a nation that cherishes outward appearances. Yes, it is great if you have a good heart, but Italians would expect you to have well-groomed hair, an impeccable sense of dressing and a really neat pair of shoes besides. So it is no wonder that some of the world's best sartorial artists are from Italy. “
